        • Additionally, we collect some of the personal information of the business owner or the responsible officer such as social security number, drivers’ license number etc.
        • We may also collect information in the process of providing you with the Services you request, which may include the following:

          • We may also collect information from third parties when you connect your account to them. These integrations may pull data into or share data out of your account. By using our service, you grant TayNow and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.

    • California Consumer Privacy Act

      • If you live in California, you may have the following rights over your information:

        • For the period covering the 12 months preceding your request, you may request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of information collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected that information, and the purposes for which your information was collected.
        • You may also request that we delete information we collected from you.
        • You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights over your information.
